The Capital Fring Festival is mixin’ it up this summer in Washinton D.C. There will be hundreds of venues and hundreds of shows in The disrtict this year. Every year in July, artistic groups, from all over the Metropplitan area take part in the Fringe festival. A Festival that takes pride in the arts and is trying to introduce shows that are “on the FRINGE” to the world.
